Investing in Ourselves: Mamacitas x AVANCE
At Mamacitas, we believe that building a strong community means creating spaces where women can grow—personally, professionally, and emotionally. Our recent AVANCE x Mamacitas session, generously sponsored by the Hernandez Pippins Mortgage Team, was a beautiful reflection of what happens when women gather with the shared intention of learning and supporting one another.
The session welcomed Mamacitas both virtually and in person, allowing members from across our community to participate in a meaningful conversation around mental wellness, reflection, and personal growth. Whether joining from home or sitting together around the table, each Mamacita showed up ready to listen, learn, and share.

AVANCE continues to be a valued partner in helping our community access tools that support not only our ambitions, but also our well-being. Too often, women—especially mothers, entrepreneurs, and caregivers—place themselves at the very bottom of their priority list. Sessions like this remind us that pouring into ourselves is not selfish; it is necessary.
For those who attended in person, the evening extended beyond the formal session. After the presentation concluded, Mamacitas stayed behind to continue the conversation—asking questions, reflecting on the ideas shared, and connecting with one another about their personal experiences. These moments are often where the magic happens. Knowledge turns into conversation, conversation turns into support, and support turns into lasting friendships.

Adding to the warmth of the evening, our wonderful partners at the Hernandez Pippins Mortgage Team treated the group to drinks and crepes from Colados, creating the perfect setting for connection. Between sips of coffee and bites of sweet crepes, Mamacitas laughed, exchanged stories, and left feeling both inspired and supported.
